Born out of the pandemic, our team of Outreach Workers go out in the community twice a week to support and look out for young people that may feel isolated or displaced. We understand that CYP members respond best to direct conversation from our trusted Outreach Workers. During the pandemic, our Outreach Workers were deemed ‘Key Workers’ and aimed to enforce the government guidance whilst taking the time to have 1-1 chats and offering help when needed.
