Exciting Charity Partnership News!

In the midst of a busy Easter Holidays, we’ve had exciting news of a different kind. For the past few months’ luxury eye-wear retailer Cubitts have chosen CYP as their charity partner for their eye cleaning cloths. The limited-edition cloth was designed by Turner Prize winner Jeremy Deller titled: The sky above Avebury, Wiltshire. All proceeds from the cloths sales have been donated to CYP as their chosen charity.

We have also very excitingly recently partnered with Mindshot. Mindshot is a new company that is all about reducing young people’s screentime and giving them mindful and fun activities that bring them back into the present through a range of pocket-sized activity packs. Each activity pack has a different charity partner, whereby 1% of all sales will be donated. We have become their chosen partner for their latest series, ‘Me + Mine’. ‘Me + Mine’ explores a child’s world, thoughts, feelings and hopes across fun puzzles, creative challenges, silliness, mini crafts, stickers and temporary tattoos.

As part of our partnership with Arsenal x Adidas’s ‘No More Red’ campaign, 30 limited edition white Arsenal shirts will be given to young people in the community to recognise their achievements. This Saturday, CYP member Ahmed Faid will be presented with this exclusive shirt at the Arsenal v Manchester United match alongside the first group of young people to receive the shirts. Faid, who co-founds the media company Dose of Society, has undoubtedly achieved a lot in his 20 years of being a CYP member. His side hustle that began on the streets of London turned into an international media company after Snapchat invested in Dose of Society. To date, Dose of Society has crossed over 1 billion+ views and 2.5+ million followers across social media. CYP is looking forward to recommending more young people to be awarded one of these exclusive shirts.
