February half term: Football, flip out and food!

We may already be into March and preparing for Easter but February half term was a memorable one!

From winning our first U19 football tournament organised by London Youth to bouncing around at a trampoline park, every day was full of activities.

Eating healthily is very important when you’re busy and cooking club was the place to be with their first attempt at vegetarian burgers. Many of our young people had never tried a veggie burger before but they went down very well!

Our staff have also had a busy last month with our Project Director Stephen Griffith being interviewed for Artefact Magazine. He discusses poverty and crime prevention in this article written by Brittany O’Neill.

We’re also into the final few days to apply for our new and exciting Administration and Communications Officer role. To find out more about the position and apply visit our vacancies page. The deadline is this Sunday!

March is also shaping up to be a jam packed month so keep an eye out for more news soon…
