Take & Make – Bringing Families Together

We’re proud to have been able to help out our members and families in the community over the Easter holidays, by providing free meals to local families. Supplied by Mayor of London – Sadiq Khan – these Take & Make recipe kits were designed to get children learning to cook in their homes with siblings and carers.

Each box contains step-by-step instructions to walk families through preparing these budget-friendly meals from scratch. They are high-quality, healthy and encourage a positive relationship with food, promoting wellbeing and the enjoyment of cooking!

Big thanks to our youth workers and volunteers for getting the word and the food out there! We hope that everyone who received boxes enjoyed their meals, learning some new, valuable skills along the way.
